Education

Atty. Fortun earned his Bachelor of Science in Forestry in 1984 and his Bachelor of Laws in 1988 from the prestigious University of the Philippines College of Law. Fluent in both English and Pilipino, he possesses a strong ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.

Atty. Fortun began his legal career at Sycip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan Law Offices in 1989 before joining Fortun Narvasa & Salazar Law Offices in 1994, where he quickly rose to the rank of partner. Atty. Fortun gained national prominence during the impeachment trial of President Joseph Ejercito Estrada, where he served as the spokesperson for the defense panel, despite being the youngest member.
